SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Each artwork is produced to order and prepared individually.
All orders are shipped from Switzerland using specialised fine-art packaging and fully insured courier services.
PACKAGING & ARTWORK PROTECTION
All artworks are packed using professional fine-art shipping standards, made of triple-wall corrugated cardboard, lined with foam.
Packaging may include:
- Custom protective outer box or crate
- Multi-layer protective wrapping
- Corner and edge protection
- Shock-absorbing internal layers
- Glass surface protection for framed artworks
- Moisture protection barriers when required
This packaging is designed to:
- protect against impact and vibration
- minimise movement during transport
- protect glass surfaces and frame structure
- protect against environmental changes during transit
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
- Switzerland: 1-3 business days
- European Union: 3-10 business days
- Extended Europe / remote regions: 5-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and carrier schedules.
COURIER PARTNERS
Shipments are handled through trusted international courier networks such as:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
The courier is selected based on destination, shipment size and service availability.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination region and artwork size.
For multiple artworks, shipping costs will be calculated individually, please contact us by email.
DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES
Import duties, VAT, customs charges, and any related fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the purchase price.
These charges are determined by local authorities and may vary depending on the destination country, the value of the shipment, and applicable regulations. For deliveries within Europe, import VAT typically ranges from approximately 17% to 27% of the declared value, though actual amounts may differ.
The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
Customers are informed during checkout that additional import duties and taxes may apply and are payable upon delivery to the carrier or local customs authorities.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
All shipments are fully insured during transport.
DELIVERY ADRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address details.
DELIVERY & INSPECTION
Please inspect the packaging and artwork upon delivery.
If any damage is visible:
- Take photographs of the packaging and artwork
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report damage within this time frame may affect the ability to process shipping insurance claims.
CUSTOMS & DELAYS
While we manage shipping and customs documentation, customs processing times are outside of our control and may occasionally cause delays.
