Return  Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork. This return policy applies to customers located in Europe, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN  PROCEDURE

 

1.    To initiate a return, the Customer must notify us by e-mail at: contact@hre-art.com

         Returns sent without prior email notification may not be accepted

2.    After submitting the return request, the Customer shall download and complete the Return Request Form available          via the link below and include it with the return shipment.  

 

 

3.   Once the shipment has been properly secured and packed, it should be sent to the Seller.  The return address will be provided by the Seller via email after the return request has been received. 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

The Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

The Customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return transport until the artwork has been safely received by the Seller. It is strongly recommended using a tracked and insured shipping service.

 

PACKAGING  REQUREMENTS FOR RETURN

 

Returned artworks must:

-    Be returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

-    Be securely packed to prevent movement and shock during transport

-    Include the completed return form

 

Insufficient packaging or transport damage caused by improper packing may result in a reduction of the refund amount.

 

CONDITION OF RETURNED ARTWORK

 

Returns are accepted only if:

-    The artwork and frame are returned intact

-    The artwork shows no signs of damage, scratches, or improper handling

-    The artwork is returned in appropriate protective packaging

Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

Custom-made artworks, including artworks with specially commissioned frames, are non-returnable.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds apply exclusively to the value of the Artwork, less any applicable deductions, including but not limited to deductions for diminished value. For Customers that are not considered as consumers under applicable law, or that are consumers located in Switzerland, original shipping and delivery costs are excluded from any refund and remain payable by the Customer. For Customers that are consumers located in the EU, UK and EEA, original standard shipping and delivery costs are refunded in accordance with applicable law. 

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, clearance charges, and any similar taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer and are non- refundable. 

Refunds will be processed after:

-    The returned artwork has been received

-    The artwork has been inspected and approved for refund

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION  

The right of withdrawal described in this policy applies to purchases made by Consumers only.

Orders placed for business, commercial, or resale purposes may not be eligible for the same return rights, unless required by applicable law.
