FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly am I purchasing?
You are purchasing an original artwork in the form of a fine art print, framed with
museum-grade glass 92% UV protection and handcrafted linden (white) or oak (black) wood frame. Each piece is conceived as an art object, created through an original, multi-stage generative process and produced individually for each order.
This is not mass-produced décor, but a limited, curated body of work.
In which sizes are the artworks available?
Artworks are available exclusively in the following formats:
- 100 × 140 cm
- 50 × 70 cm
No other sizes are offered unless explicitly stated.
How are the artworks created?
Each artwork is created through a hybrid, multi-stage generative process combining digital tools and the artist’s individual creative decisions.
Once an order is placed, the artwork is:
-
professionally printed as a fine art print,
-
carefully framed by hand,
-
inspected through final quality control.
Every piece is produced individually and made to order.
Are the artworks black and white?
Yes. All artworks offered in the store are black-and-white, by artistic choice.
What is the process behind?
The works originate from an original generative process that uses advanced digital tools as part of a broader artistic methodology. The final outcome reflects the artist’s authorship, vision, and selection at every stage. The artist remains the sole author and rights holder of all artworks.
Are the artworks unique?
Each artwork is offered as part of limited edition of 15.
While they belong to short series, the production is intentionally restrained, curated, and periodically renewed.
What does “limited edition” mean?
Each artwork is released in a strictly limited edition of 15 pieces per format. Once all 15 editions are sold, no additional copies will be produced - this ensures the exclusivity and long term value of each work. Every piece is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate includes key details such as the edition number, the title of the work, and confirmation of its authenticity.
What materials are used?
Each artwork is delivered framed and includes:
- museum-grade glass with approximately 92% UV protection,
- handcrafted linden and oak wood frame, available in black (oak) or white (linden).
All materials are selected to ensure longevity and archival quality.
Can I request a custom frame?
Yes. Custom framing options (different wood type or color) may be available upon prior email contact and individual agreement.
Custom requests are handled separately from standard orders.
How long does production take?
Each artwork is made to order.
Due to the multi-stage process - printing, hand framing, and quality control -
the estimated production time is up to 7 weeks from order confirmation.
Where are the artworks produced?
The artworks are produced in Switzerland, in collaboration with professional fine art printers and artisans, under the direct supervision of the artist.
Will the final artwork look exactly like the images online?
The images shown on the website are visual representations.
Due to the nature of fine art printing and materials, minor variations may occur in:
- contrast,
- brightness,
- grain structure
- visual appearance
These subtle differences are natural and part of the character of the artwork.
Can I return an artwork?
Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- the artwork is in perfect, unused condition,
- it is returned in original packaging,
- return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Artworks that show signs of damage or use may not be eligible for a full refund.
Do I receive copyright when purchasing an artwork?
No. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with the artist.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The Seller offers its products to Customers within EU, EEA, Switzerland, and UK.
Why does the artwork take time to produce?
Because each piece is:
- printed individually,
- framed by hand by local Swiss artisans,
- carefully inspected.
This is a slow, intentional process designed to respect the artwork - not an automated production line.
